IGET-BAR 35 Flavors Ordering Process

Dear customers. We are VAPEIGET WHOLESALE CENTER and the first-class wholesaler of IGET, located in Melbourne. Now we provide two ordering ways: direct spot purchase from Melbourne and order goods from China. Please choose the right ordering way for you according to your own situation.

 

Ordering Process

Direct Spot Purchase from Melbourne:

1.Ask us for a list of in-stock flavors
2.Choose the flavors and quantity you want and send it to us
3.Determine the method of payment and delivery
4.We will send you information and delivery time when we confirm your order.

Ordering Goods from China:

1.You can choose all the flavors when ordering goods from China. Please send us flavor list and email address.
2.We will send you invoice. So please confirm the details of invoice in your email.
3.You make the 10% down payment and send us payment voucher.
4.We will confirm your order in 24 hours and submit it to factory when we receive your payment.
5.When the factory finishes your goods, we will send you a message. Please pay the final payment within 24 hours.
6.After receiving your final payment, we will ask the factory to mail the goods for you. You will receive your goods about 7 days. For a smooth delivery, please provide your name, address and phone number and check this information.

Insurance:

Also, we offer the service of buying insurance, you can choose whether you need to buy insurance before ordering. If you buy insurance, you will not have to worry about customs risk. Once your goods are seized by customs, we will immediately contact the shipping company for you and give you a full refund.

The insurance expense for 1pcs is $1.

 

Payment Method

Direct Spot Purchase from Melbourne:

1.If you need to pick up the goods, please confirm the order in advance and pay for the goods by bank transfer. We will inform you to pick up the goods after receiving your payment. Please show your payment voucher when picking up the goods.
2.If you want us deliver the goods to your address (within 15km from Australia Post Parking lot- Doncaster Heights LPO ), please confirm the order in advance and pay for the goods by bank transfer. We will make an appointment for delivery after receiving your payment, and please pay $10 for delivery fee.

Ordering Goods from China:

1.We will send you an invoice by email, please pay the down payment by bank transfer after receiving invoice.
2.When the factory finishes your goods, please pay the final payment by bank transfer . We will notify the factory to send your goods after receiving your final payment.

 

Pick-up Method

Direct Spot Purchase from Melbourne:

1.If you want to receive your goods as soon as possible, please pick up the goods at Australia Post Parking lot- Doncaster Heights LPO . (Daily pick-up time: 7:00PM-10:00PM)
2.If your address is no more than 15km away from Australia Post Parking lot- Doncaster Heights LPO  and you are willing to pay $10 delivery fee, we will deliver the goods for you within 3 days. (Daily delivery time: 7:00PM-10:00PM)
3.If your address is more than 15 km away from Australia Post Parking lot- Doncaster Heights LPO , we are very sorry that we cannot deliver goods for you, because our daily workload is very heavy. We cannot provide delivery services for customers who are more than 15 kilometers away.
4.If you are not in Melbourne, don't worry, we will deliver your goods via Australia Post within 24 hours.

Ordering Goods from China:

After completing the final payment, you need to wait for the truck to deliver your goods.

Why IGET-Bar so expensive now?

I understand your feeling very much, because the high price will cause your cost to rise, please let me explain the reason for the high price.
1. The Australian customs impounded a large number of goods, and the probability of impounded goods reached 50% some time ago. It caused us huge losses. We had to raise the price to keep our business running and continue to provide goods for e-cigarette shops.
2. We bear the customs risk for our customers and pay a high insurance premium, which is the main reason for the price increase.
3. Due to the shortage of raw materials, the production capacity of IGET's Chinese factory has decreased recently. It directly causes goods need more time to produce. So it also causes the shortage of IGET in market.

Why don't have more in stock?
A large number of the goods have been ordered by customers with advance payment before they arrive in Australia, so all the goods have been sold out before arriving in Australia, so we cannot provide more spot goods.

When will the price of IGET-BAR come down?
According to experience, the current price of IGET-BAR will continue until April 2024. Since the Chinese Spring Festival will come after Christmas, we got the news from the factory that they will have a 20-day holiday during the Spring Festival, which will cause more shortage of goods, so the problem of high price of IGET-BAR cannot be solved in a short time.

If I have many vape shops, how can I ensure that I have enough in stock?
Please don't worry, we have many customers in similar situations, they have many vape shops in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. They usually choose to order from China in advance, because it can keep costs down and ensure that they have enough stock.

What should I do if my goods are detained by the customs?
If you choose direct spot purchase from Melbourne, you will not be at customs risk. However, we are unable to provide more stock at present, and almost all customers can only choose to order from China. We offer the service of buying insurance, you can choose whether you need to buy insurance before ordering. If you buy insurance, you will not have to worry about customs risk. Why do we only support bank transfer, not cash payment?
Because we receive a large amount of cash in Australia, we receive more than 20,000 Australian dollars almost every day. We cannot carry large amounts of cash with us or deposit it in the bank.
